The past 3 weeks, Integricity Visuals has been working on Monash University's 10th Anniversary and Time Capsule video. The week-long celebrations start tomorrow, and we're proud to say that we've created a video that will be seen by students, lecturers, families, and even the Vice Chancellor of Monash University - all the way from Melbourne.
The video highlights the achievements of Monash University these past 50 years, and for the Sunway Campus, these past 10 years. I'm proud to say too that I'm married to a Monash alumni. In every situation, whenever I am part of any project (whether it be photography or video related), I'm always excited to feel that bond that has been built after the project is completed. I must admit, throughout the years I was an editor in Red Comm, I was constantly influenced by the brands we had a connection with. For example, I switched my shampoo brand to Sunsilk after doing a few videos for them. Or moving from Whisper to Kotex. You get the idea. :) So though I graduated from Queensland University of Technology (hey, same country!)... I'm still excited to have been part of Monash's 10th year celebration. Thanks to everyone on the team - Kee Sitt & Chua on camera, Choon Ean & Kevin Lau as my supporting partners who helped oversee various things, and Kareem who directed the shoot on one of the days. What is more exciting is the fact that one of the videos will be made into a Time Capsule video, which will be preserved for at least 10 years till they open it again and view the video. We interviewed students to ask them to share about their experiences, and I felt that the sharing were really honest and down to earth. Will upload the videos after the event is done, but here's a sneak peek at the DVD cover design.
